Privacy notice
How this website and enquiries handle information.
This notice describes the ZZ Cyber website and its enquiry channels. Contact info@zzcyber.cc with privacy questions.
Information you choose to send
If you email ZZ Cyber, the correspondence may include your name, email address, organisation, role and the details you provide about a business or employment enquiry. That information is used to respond, discuss scope and maintain the related correspondence. Please do not send passwords, patient records, payment-card details or confidential technical evidence in an initial email.
Website operation
This website has no enquiry form, advertising scripts or analytics scripts added by ZZ Cyber. Its code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Cloudflare provides hosting and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and security events, to operate and protect the service. Hosting-level features may have their own data-handling practices.
Email and external links
Email links open your email application; they do not send a message automatically. Email providers process correspondence as part of delivering it. The LinkedIn and ASD links take you to external websites governed by their own privacy notices. Hosting, email and external services may process information outside Australia.
Engagement information
Any assessment involving sensitive information requires an agreed scope and suitable handling arrangements before that information is exchanged. Ask about the intended access, storage, sharing and retention arrangements before providing confidential material. This public website is not a secure evidence-upload service.
Questions and requests
Contact info@zzcyber.cc to ask about information in your correspondence, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Retention needs, applicable obligations and any active engagement must be considered when responding to a request. Please describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information.
